Concerts on Sunday at Noon

The Sundays @ Noon Concert Series takes place in the beautiful Sculpture Gallery at the Hugh Lane Gallery. Now in its 36th year, this series of free concerts continues to present the best of Irish and International music and musicians. Concerts run from September to June.

Concerts resume on January 8th with Niall O’Loughlin (cello). Other New Year highlights include performances from Maria McGarry on January 15th, the Irish Youth Choir on January 22nd, Maria Ryan (violin) and Una Hunt (piano) on February 5th.

February 19th marks the start of a major series that will run over the next 2 years featuring all the Haydn Piano Sonatas performed by Fionnuala Moynihan and Peter Tuite. Both pianists will perform in the first and last concert of the series. Six concerts will take place in 2012.

The series attracted full houses for many of the concerts in 2011 so please come early to be sure of getting a seat.
